I've been a fan of Tina Gayle for years and when I first started reading this book, I was so excited to have the heroine be older. Jennifer lost her husband in a tragic car accident and is ready to move on. She's attracted to a sexy chiropractor but feels conflicted. She turns to her friends and as she deals with all the what if's, she realizes life is about living, not dying. A moving romance that at times, broke my heart. Highly recommend!My Rating: 5 stars

I really enjoyed this book. Nice plot with great character. Hooked on the series
New mothers have it tough but Brie has it worst than most. Very entertaining book.
Fair
This is not the first Tina Gayle book I have read. It is the first of this series. I find that somehow some way she always finds a way to make me laugh out loud. I don't care for reviews that tell the whole story. I want to discover the plot twist and the characters on my own. I liked the strength of Jen, the heroine the group of women she connected with. They all have their individual stories and are worth knowing. This story has sadness and loss but it also shows strength in those that find their way out of sadness. The humor speckled through out the book kept me going. Its there in kind of the "I Love Lucy" sort way. I nearly "peed" myself laughing at one point. I am still chuckling as I think about it. I would say if there was negative it might be the title but I can see how that turned out to be important. Tina did not disappoint with this book.
Very excited to read a book which didn't have the heroine under the age of 25; this is a book about sisterhood, beating the odds, and second chances. It has humor to break the seriousness of losing a love one and second guessing how you imagine your life will be.
The executive’s wives club brings together four different women who have lost their husbands in the same car wreck while on a business trip.
Jennifer Larson a realtor and Dr. Hagan Chaney, a chiropractor, are both starting over. Each has their own baggage but together make a great team. I really enjoyed Hagan, who knew his feelings for Jennifer, and how he wanted her in his life determined to show her how lovable she was and not to be serious about everything.
This novel was a pretty good read and had the unusual side story of the husband's brother and parents to deal with. That made it more interesting than I would have otherwise thought.
The characters were interesting, I loved the dog - George - who was the most interesting character of the lot! I liked the male love interest being a chiropractor who was - of course - gorgeous, but NOT rich! That made a welcome change, coupled with the fact that he was not bossy, sulky or into fights with the heroine to make tension.
Good read!
From tragedy to love again. What's more Jen has found a man who could love her. Hagan has found the one, the fact she is a widow means nothing but she has lived a loveliness existence.
